Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to ship all items from our warehouse within 7 business days. All shipped items are accompanied by tracking details sent via email and SMS. Please provide the correct shipping address and contact details to avoid any delivery delays or troubles. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please feel free to contact us.

Sydney: 1-2 business days

Brisbane, Melbourne, and Canberra: 1-2 business days

Adelaide: 2-3 business days

Perth: 4-6 business days

Hobart: 3-4 business days

Darwin: 4-5 business days

Deliveries to outer and rural areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Delays
The delivery date is the estimated delivery date. Seller alone shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to deliver the goods by this date. If Seller is unable to deliver the Goods due to circumstances beyond Seller's control, the estimated delivery date will be extended until the effects of those circumstances have ceased. 

Point of Delivery and Passing Risk

Unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Buyer will receive the Goods at the delivery address specified by the Buyer and the risk relating to the Goods will pass to that delivery address. To the extent that Seller is responsible for damage in transit, this liability ends upon delivery of the goods to an authorized agent at Buyer's warehouse. In any event, Seller shall not be liable for any damage in transit not reported in writing to Seller and the relevant carrier within 7 days of delivery of the goods to Buyer.
