Refund policy
Unless otherwise agreed by the seller, the buyer is solely responsible for all fees associated with returning wheels, tyres, or accessories to the seller. Prior to returning the products, the freight cost must be paid.Without the seller's permission, any returned products must be retained in the seller's custody and not be dealt with until the freight charges have been paid. If the customer refuses to accept the items from the courier, additional delivery expenses in line with courier resending fees may apply.
Tyre-mounted wheels/rims cannot be returned.
Unless they are in their original packing, wheels cannot be returned.
Wheels installed with tyres will not be accepted for return.
All customer-cancelled purchases are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
We cannot accept a return for used wheels and tyres because they are no longer new. If a refund is approved, a lesser sum can be presented. Additionally, the purchaser will advance any shipping charges. To comply and prevent damage, the client will need to properly wrap the wheels.
